About the Job
First Baptist Day School is seeking experienced, nurturing and energetic Lead Infant and Twos teachers.
Must have reliable transportation and proven experience as a leader in the early childhood field.

Job Summary:
- Creating a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters the physical, cognitive, and social/emotional development of young children.
- Creating and implementing developmentally appropriate activities for infants and toddlers.
- Supervision and support of assistant teachers and floaters.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education of a High School Diploma or GED, Coursework in Early Childhood desirable.
- Criminal Background check and drug screening required.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a licensed childcare setting.
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices and approaches to learning for infants and toddlers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with others.
- Must be available to work flexible hours when needed.
